It is significant. It’s not good. I have a flame thrower of a post written. I am going to have to tone it down just a bit if/when I publish it. Did you know that I don’t publish about 10-20% of the stuff which I write? I knew I shouldn’t post that one when I started talking about the people wearing inflatable chicken suites at the No Kings rally. Doh. Anyway, stay tuned for that post.
Barack Obama noted that, “Republicans are trying to tilt the midterm elections in their favor, but they haven’t done it yet. Thanks for showing us what it looks like to stand up for our democracy and fight back.” Hahaha. The vote yesterday was roughly 50/50. However, with the new gerrymandering rules in Virginia will have 10:1 Democrat districts. That is called one party rule, Barack. It was a win, but democracy wasn’t the beneficiary.
For all intents and purposes, the Republican Party in Virginia was just erased. It is now a state with single party rule just like in communist China. No Kings, anyone…anyone…anyone…Bueller?

I will say that conservative BOEs, local municipal governments, and states better buckle up. The odds that the US House will slip into Democrat socialist hands(let’s just say communist for short) have gone way up. Every liberal agenda item imaginable is about to come down the pipe for an indefinite amount of time unless the Lord intervenes on behalf of the American people.
If there is one thing that I learned during Covid closures it is this…we need politicians at the local level who will stand firm. Not only that, but we need politicians who can galvanize support to navigate safely around the rocks of the liberal platform. One would think in NE TN that Democrats wouldn’t have been able to shut us down during COVID, but they did exactly that over and over again. Many of our so-called, local GOP politicians were less crafty and were honestly just weak sauce in the face of adversity. Conservative leaders had nearly 80% of the people behind them, and could barely mount a whimper of a battle cry.
Make sure that in our local primaries and elections that you truly consider who can stand against the tempest brewing on the horizon. If Republican candidates voted or stood for Democrat initiatives, that should give you great pause. School vouchers will be the least of their worries. The tsunami of liberal agenda items will be massive. Maybe a good thing is that(what is coming) this will separate those who just call themselves conservative from those who actually are. The wheat will be sifted from the chaff.
I can assure you of this though, we are smarter this go around. Those BOE and BMA meetings, should they choose to embrace liberalism, are gonna be full of folks who aren’t going to follow the liberal agenda.
