A New Day Has Donned

I simply couldn’t resist with the title. It isn’t my line, but it is an exceptionally awesome line.

During 2021, Donald Trump handed the keys of the White House to Joe Biden. Today, Joe Biden handed those keys back to Donald Trump. The Art of the Comback has come full circle.

Due to bitterly cold temperatures, the Inauguration would be moved inside into the United States Capitol rotunda. It was a unique setting for a President who is in many ways uniquely prepared to be the President for exactly this moment in history. People were dressed to the hilt – a fashion bonzanza if you will. One by one, attendees would be announced. Donald Trump would walk rather seriously down the hallway and into the rotunda in order to take the oath of office. Remember, serious times require serious men. He looks like a man ready to get down to business.

Along with JD Vance, many family members, four former Presidents in observation (Clinton, W Bush, Obama, Biden), many from the Congress/Senate, and the several justices of the Supreme Court, Donald J Trump took the oath of office to become the 47th President of the United States of America.

As a backdrop, but certainly of greatest importance, three Israeli hostages were released last night. Social media and tech giants have pledged to end censorship on their platforms. Bezos, Zuckerberg, and Musk were all present at today’s proceedings. Will Google follow suite? Donald Trump is already at work.

The Trump Tent has grown much larger. Men who are African American voted for Trump in record numbers for a Republican candidate. Trump won Miami-Dade County in Florida which is has many voters who are Hispanic. The 2024 Presidential Election represents a monumental shift in the American electorate.

There is much work to be one. Alliances need to be repaired. The border needs securing. The DOJ needs to be brought to heel before the scales of justice. The United States Supreme Court has been remade by Donald Trump. He will likely have the chance to appoint more judges. Liberalism has invaded our school systems, and it is time to restore balance. Our enemies must know that we mean business. If a lasting peace is to be achieved, it must be done through a position of strength.

Take a deep breath. A leader of special fabric has taken the stage. The world has taken notice.
